I Have Genital Herpes - The Emotional and Physical Effects of HSV2

I have genital herpes. I was diagnosed about five years ago, and I still remember to remember what an emotional journey that was. I hope that everyone that has found, found that they have genital herpes, reads it and it makes them feel better, or lightens any misconceptions they may have about the disease.

Genital herpes is a virus. And as a virus when it is narrow, it lies dormant in the body for the lifetime of the suffering, and there is no cure. AfterHearing this, I experienced a variety of emotions. Next was despair and anger, was everything I wanted to call the girl I caught him out and give it out in epic detail. Soon after, I experienced a great deal of anxiety and depression. I thought, 'My life will never be the same "and" My sex life is over. "Luckily, I soon learned that these fears were unfounded.

While it's true, I have genital herpes, and nothing will change what I did learn was thatgenital herpes can be easily and effectively controlled through treatment, diet and lifestyle. As soon as I got my herpes under control I could prevent outbreaks, and if I did have one, I could anticipate it and lessen it's length and severity.

The first thing to consider is treatment. Most people with the virus are prescribed antiviral medication, which can be effective in reducing the severity of symptoms and the risk of transmission. In addition to this, there There are many natural and homeopathic treatments that prevent the outbreaks from occurring and to strengthen the immune system.

The second element is the diet. Eating healthy and getting exercise is good advice for anyone, but for herpes sufferer is doubly important. Herpes is by foot or fat or sugary foods high in arginine, such as trigger chocolate, nuts and game dishes, so all these should be avoided as far as possible. A supplement lysine daily, taken withMultivitamins and vitamin B can also help to prevent outbreaks.

The third element is lifestyle. Stress is a major trigger for genital herpes outbreaks, and so should all your life as much as it possibly can be eliminated. This may mean a step back and make you check your work, relationships and social elements, and any necessary adjustments. Exercise is very important not only because it keeps you healthy and pump the immune system, but also because it reducesStress. Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption is also an important step.

So in short, I have genital herpes, but my life is far from over. With the right attitude and the right information, anyone can check genital herpes and stop to let them control you.

  1. It was the first time my granddaughter came to me and confided about her battle with oral and genital herpes and her self destructive thoughts.
    A gaping vacuum of fear and love opened inside me. I knew what it felt like for her to be in such a situation. But after hearing how someone I loved so dearly struggled I have no option but to promise her help. I wanted to help in all possible ways. I sought counsels from an old and experienced nurse whom I've known to deal on natural herbs because I believed in nature. After hearing from me she smiled and before I could say another word she replied me there's cure but natural herbs. I don't care as long as my child is cured! I shouted. She told me about a doctor in Africa who has cured people of herpes. She gave me his email drutuherbalcure@gmail.com ,I contacted him immediately and then ordered medicine for my child which he sent through the UPS courier to me. My daughter started medication and the next day her mouth sores were physically healing and she told me it's working and within four weeks she testified to me that she was cured! I've always believed that nature has cure for any diseases and I'm happy to tell everyone my child is cured.
    Six months later we went for another test to be sure and here is the result,
    Six months after medications;
    Her hsv1&2 test results;
    Igm - 1.49
    IgG - 0.36
    She don't have any symptoms again and has moved on happily and is now in a serious relationship with her fiancee
